Fieldwire is geared towards general and specialty contractors, owners, architects, and designers, and uses real-time push notifications and emails to ensure tasks are being completed on time. The company focuses on productivity and precision and includes features such as crew scheduling with different views, accurate progress tracking, and field management.
It offers a free version with basic features and paid versions with additional features and users. The free software version can host up to five users and includes three projects, file sharing, and task management features.

3. CoConstruct
CoConstruct has scheduling templates which you can tweak and customize, and they save time since you don’t have to create your own from scratch. Some notable features include invoice management, field productivity reports, design coordination, and material quantity tracking.
Teams and management can track tasks assigned to employees, measure their productivity and to-do lists, and view projects from the same perspective whether in the field or on-the-go. Employees can also communicate through the software.

5. Foundation Software
Foundation Software used by both small and large construction companies in a variety of industries including commercial, industrial, and government work. You can easily design and customize various types of reports and construction statements, thanks to its integration DataGenie.
No prior experience is necessary to use the software and it can be integrated with timekeeping, project management, and estimating apps you might already use. It also has a separate section specifically for CPAs including audit review modules. In addition, there’s an entire payroll section where you can submit the time and it does the rest including calculating payroll taxes, prevailing wage rates, union fringe benefits, and more.
